With the knowledge that the body is an integrated self-correcting system, Kristi approaches the body as an interconnected–or whole integrated–system to attain lasting effects of pain relief and freedom of movement. She utilizes John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, and, CranioSacral Therapy treatment strategies to address all aspects of your well-being, including underlying–and sometimes unconscious–behavioral patterns that contribute to pain. You will experience relief & freedom from back pain, neck pain, headaches, pelvic pain, and more. This work guides you into the deeper dive of holistic health and authentic healing. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there will be a cancellation fee that equals the cost of your session if we cannot fill your spot.
